Return & Refund Policy
This policy governs returns and refunds for products purchased from iONTEK Power Solutions
Corporation. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms below.
1. Return Window
Standard, stocked products may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery,
provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Conditions for Return
- Item must be in resalable, undamaged condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
- Returns are subject to inspection before approval.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Customized, engineered-to-order, or made-to-specification units — including built-to-order
automatic voltage regulators (AVR) and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems — are
non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced, except in the
case of a confirmed manufacturing defect covered under warranty.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at the details below within the return window. Please include your
order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with return authorization and
instructions.
5. Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days of
receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
A restocking fee of 30% may apply to non-defective returns.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If a product arrives defective or damaged, notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Warranty claims are handled separately under the applicable product warranty terms.
