Partial Refunds
For Enterprise Custom Consulting Services, refunds are calculated on a prorated basis:
- Work Completed: 0-25% → 100% refund
- Work Completed: 26-50% → 75% refund
- Work Completed: 51-75% → 50% refund
- Work Completed: 76-100% → 25% refund
🚫 Cancellation Policy
Subscription Services
If you have a monthly or annual subscription (Professional or Enterprise packages with recurring billing):
Cancellation Terms:
- Anytime Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty
- Access Until End of Period: You’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months
- No Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will not renew after cancellation
- Data Export: You can export your data before cancellation takes effect

For custom projects or consulting services that haven’t started yet:
- Before Work Begins: 100% full refund, no questions asked
- After Kick-off Meeting: Refund minus $99 consultation fee
- After Deliverables Started: Prorated refund based on work completed

Package Downgrades

❌ Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
While we offer generous return policies, certain items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:
Non-Refundable Items:
- Physical Products Opened or Used: Physical data storage devices (USB drives, hard drives) that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear cannot be returned for hygiene and security reasons.
- Custom API Development: Custom API integrations or bespoke software development after delivery and acceptance by the client.
- Third-Party Licenses: Any third-party software licenses or satellite data access fees paid on your behalf (we’ll inform you of these separately).
- Completed Projects: Projects that have been completed, delivered, and accepted by the client with signed-off deliverables.
Exceptions to 30-Day Policy:
